TOPS - Ages: (INVITATION ONLY)
Tuition: $30.00/4wks
Talent Opportunity Program– The curriculum for this program was put together by the USA National committee. Focusing on strength and flexibility needed for gymnasts on the path of a serious gymnastics career. Dedication and commitment are required.
PREP MINIs - Ages: girls 6 thru 10
Tuition: $170.00/4wk
This is an introduction to the prep opt. competitive team. Designed for the younger gymnast who shows readiness to begin routines and training at a faster pace. Competing at either the prep rookie level and/ or AAU jr novice is expected.
Conditioning Class- This class is designed for children ages 8 +. This class can be taken alone or in addition to a progressive class or team program, also suggested for children that participate in any other sport. In this class we will focus on strength, endurance, and flexibility. This is not a gymnastics class; however all the exercises used will have use fundamental gymnastics shapes and principals.
Tumbling Class- This class is designed for children 8+. Geared towards, cheerleaders, dancers, and martial artists who would like to develop and/or strengthen their tumbling skills. This is also a great class for children who are just interested in the tumbling aspect of gymnastics. In this class we will work on strength, flexibility, endurance, and proper technique. Using the floor and the tumble trak along with circuits we will work on the basics and work our way up handsprings, tucks and layouts.
Free Running- This class is designed for children 8+. A big hit with teen boys, but all are welcome! This class is our version of the increasingly popular “Parkour” or “Street Gymnastics”. Children will run, jump and flip- over, under, and onto. We will literally have your child climbing the walls and swinging form the ceiling.
Yoga- For adults 18+. A great way to get in shape, relax and do something for you for once. Held on Wednesday nights it is a great way to break up the week and refresh yourself. All levels welcome! No experience necessary.
